Jaquelina, an exceptional and talented professional in the Food and Beverage industry not only possesses a vast experience of more than 15 years in the front of the House and back of the house area and the “know how” to make each dinning/entertainment experience unique, but her touch makes things go from great to magnificent in everything she puts her head into.
Her commitment to perfection has shown in many of her endeavors from the day to day operation, to managing a restaurant, to provide training to staff and ways that not only improved the way some of the most prestigious restaurant in South Florida do business today, but also her compelling charisma and her humbleness to achieve what is needed or when things don’t go as planned. She has a great talent not only to identify deficiencies and “get on with it” but also to recognize staff member and take pride of her work and make others feel the same.
She has been an strategist and one of the key roles in improving and enhancing projects from: White Feather, Baru Urbano, Novecento Group , Santo’s Nighclub , Baires Grill and China Grill Management group among others.
Very well connected with the Industry her line of work does not end here. With ties and long lasting relationships with award winning companies such as Barton G, Bacardi Miami, Perez Arts Museum, Le Basque Catering, Adrianne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami Dade, the New World Symphony in Miami Beach, among many others.
We strongly believe that Jaqulina is the right person and will put all her energy, knowledge and training skills into making this another one of her successful achievements.
